Currently serving as Vice President, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Treasurer at TRIUMPH since January 2009, Thomas Quigley oversees all public financial disclosures and ensures compliance with U.S. regulations. Previously, Thomas Quigley held roles as Vice President of Investor Relations & Controller and Manager of SEC Reporting, where responsibilities included managing public financial filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Audit Manager at KPMG and Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen. Thomas Quigley earned a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University in 1999.
