Joel Sclafani is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in risk management, executive protection, and business development. Currently serving as Owner/CEO of Kinetic Risk Solutions, LLC since January 2016 and as Director of Business Development for MAASS since October 2014, Sclafani has demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and security program implementation. Previous roles include Protection Agent with Admiral Security Services and Triumph Protection Group, as well as Operations Manager at Security Management Group International. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Sclafani held the position of Platoon Sergeant, managing personnel and executing security operations. Sclafani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from San Francisco State University.
