Macarena Sahores

Macarena Sahores has a wealth of work experience in the field of healthcare and clinical research. Macarena began their career with internships at various organizations, including the Department of Clinical Biochemistry and the Department of Organic Chemistry. Macarena then completed an internship at the Clinical Laboratory in Misericordia Hospital. Macarena continued their education and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at University College London.

In 2012, Macarena joined INC Research, where they held several different roles over a six-year period. Macarena'sroles included In-House Clinical Research Associate, Central Monitoring Associate, and Clinical Team Leader. Macarena gained extensive experience in central monitoring and clinical operations.

In 2018, Macarena transitioned to Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health), where they served as a Clinical Operations Manager and later as an Associate Director in RBQM Implementation Central Monitoring. Macarena played a vital role in implementing Risk-Based Quality Management and central monitoring strategies.

Most recently, Macarena joined TRI - The RBQM Experts in 2020 as an RBQM Operations Consultant, where they advanced to the position of Senior RBQM Operations Consultant in January 2022.

Macarena Sahores completed their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the Faculty of Chemical Sciences at the National University of Cordoba - Argentina, from 1995 to 2000. Macarena further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemical Sciences from 2002 to 2006.
