Michele D'Amico has over 30 years of work experience in Human Resources and Training & Development. Michele began their career in 1987 as a Training & Organizational Development Consultant at Bank of America. In this role, they collaborated with managers to establish strategies, analyze work processes and design effective solutions to meet performance needs. Michele also designed and developed training programs for learners of all levels from frontline employees to senior level in the credit card and retail banking divisions. In 1997, Michele became an Independent Consultant at Performance Partners, LLC. In this role, they partnered with business managers to clarify performance gaps, recommend, design and implement training solutions that contribute to the achievement of business goals. Michele also provided a full range of consulting and instructional design services, including needs assessment, project management, design, development and evaluation. In 2014, Michele began working as an HR Manager at TRIVAD, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Michele also promoted corporate values and enabled business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
