Therese Eckhoff

Therese Eckhoff, Director of TriVista’s Recruitment Practice, helps private equity investors, operating partners and company executives acquire talented leaders to manage their businesses. She also provides interim managers for portfolio companies that have short-term leadership needs.

Therese has spent more than 20 years recruiting for executive and senior-management positions. She joined TriVista in 2014 after successfully running her own executive recruiting practice for over 10 years.

Therese received a BBA from Loyola University.
