Nate Watson is an experienced professional in compliance and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Risk Management at Trivium Life Services since April 2024. Previously, Nate held various roles at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services from January 2015 to April 2024, including Deputy Director and Deputy Director of Nebraska Medicaid, where significant achievements included leading the design and launch of Medicaid Expansion. Nate’s legal expertise spans several attorney positions at notable law firms, providing litigation support and specializing in corporate litigation and multi-jurisdictional disputes. Nate also served as a Council Member for the City of Council Bluffs, contributing to local civic engagement, and held various internships in legislative and local government settings. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Boston University.
