Scott Flemming

Scott Flemming currently serves as the Director of Operations at TriWest Healthcare Alliance since July 2016. Prior to this role, Flemming was the Call Center Director at MultiCare Health System from November 2013 to February 2016, where significant improvements were made in service levels and operational efficiency. Flemming also worked as a Consultant for Call Center Consulting between April 2011 and November 2013, focusing on enhancing client operations and employee satisfaction. Earlier experience includes serving as Site Leader at Convergys, managing a large team and improving profitability for a major client. Scott Flemming holds a B.A. in Biology from St. Olaf College, completed in 1985.
