Alok Pandey has extensive experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development across various sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at TRL KROSAKI Refractories Limited since June 2019, Alok leads Learning & Development and manages HR projects. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager of HR & Industrial Relations and Senior Manager of Learning and Development within the same organization. Alok's experience extends to the Kusuma Foundation as State Manager, overseeing educational and skill improvement initiatives in Odisha, and independent consulting focused on education and skills development. Alok also held positions at the Azim Premji Foundation, UNICEF, McKinsey & Company, and Hewitt Associates, showcasing a diverse background in education leadership, project management, and business analysis. Educational qualifications include a B.Com in Accounts from Gangadhar Meher University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from AIMA, New Delhi.
