Atanu Bal

Atanu Bal has extensive experience in the refractories sector, working at TRL KROSAKI Refractories Limited since January 2017, currently serving as Senior General Manager and previously in various managerial roles focused on technology and technical services for iron making. Responsibilities include studying operational practices at customer sites to design suitable product qualities and serving as a key interface between clients and manufacturing locations in India. Prior experience includes August 2008 to June 2016 roles as Assistant General Manager of Marketing and Technical Services Manager, where Atanu developed market strategies and collaborated with Japanese engineers to establish a tap hole clay plant. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
