Allison Sheaves

Allison Sheaves is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Troon since May 2023. Prior to this role, Allison held various HR leadership positions at Republic Services from July 2006 to May 2023, including Vice President of Human Resources for Field Operations, where oversight was provided for HR functions impacting over 36,000 employees, and Director of Human Resources for an Area with 4,000 employees generating $1.1 billion in revenue. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional HR Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods, overseeing HR functions across over 90 stores, and as Director of Human Resources at HCR ManorCare, managing HR functions for skilled nursing facilities. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from PennWest California, earned between 1993 and 1995.
