Cory Stern

Cory Stern is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson since July 2004, holding various leadership roles such as Head of HR for Ethicon and Head of Human Resources for North America Supply Chain. Cory has a strong background in talent acquisition, demonstrated by overseeing a team of 25 recruiters in the U.S. and serving in senior HR director roles. In addition to duties at Johnson & Johnson, Cory is an Advisor and Founding Member of TroopHR, a national HR network aimed at empowering People Professionals. Educational qualifications include an Executive and Organizational Coaching certification from Teachers College, Columbia University, a MILR in Organizational Behavior and HR from Cornell University, and a BA in Russian Studies from Tulane University.
