Hillary Lodge, PHR/SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a Troop Member at TroopHR, a national HR network, since January 2025. Previously, Hillary was the Director of People Operations at Thirty Madison, where responsibilities included building the People Operations function, developing culture-aligned policies, and optimizing HR processes through data-driven insights. With a strong background in leadership development, compliance, and employee engagement, Hillary has also held various HR roles across companies like The ODP Corporation, CannaSafe, and The Management Trust, successfully leading HR initiatives, mentoring teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Spanish from Indiana University.
