Natalie Ledbetter is an accomplished Strategic People Operations Leader and the founder of Ledbetter Global Advisory, specializing in fractional People Operations leadership and advisory services for startups since June 2023. Previously, Natalie held significant roles including Fractional Chief People Officer at Wallaroo.AI and Operating Partner, Chief People Officer at boldstart ventures, where Natalie developed innovative programs to support early-stage companies in their People Operations. Natalie's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Text IQ, Stash, Curalate, and Shapeways, where key accomplishments include scaling teams, establishing equitable recruitment processes, and enhancing employer branding.
