Vandy Densmore

Vandy Densmore currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sage Family of Companies, overseeing HR functions for a private equity-backed hospice and palliative care provider operating in four states since February 2022. Additionally, Vandy is a member of TroopHR, a national HR network dedicated to empowering HR professionals. Previously, Vandy held the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at Corcoran Management Company, where leadership responsibilities spanned a family-owned real estate development and property management firm. Vandy's career also includes a role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Community Intervention Services, where significant achievements included building an HR team and managing merger and acquisition activities. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at South Bay Community Services. Vandy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Lesley University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Westfield State University.
