Samuel Blake is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in laboratory operations and procurement within the Agritech sector. Currently serving as the Head of Laboratory Operations at Tropic since November 2019, Samuel is responsible for strategic management of high-throughput production and procurement strategies while ensuring efficient and compliant laboratory operations. Previous roles include Procurement Manager, where Samuel implemented a company-wide capital procurement process and managed a £1,000,000 CAPEX budget, and Laboratory Supplies Manager, overseeing a team to enhance workload management and resource optimization.
