Szymon Kurcab

Szymon Kurcab is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Operations and Tropic AI Lab at Tropic since January 2024, Szymon has held various leadership roles, including Senior Engineering Lead and VP of Engineering at Chargify. As the Owner and Co-Founder of repertuary.pl since December 2000, Szymon contributes to one of Poland’s most popular movie and cinema repertoire websites. Szymon's professional journey includes significant roles at TimeZest, Paladin Software, MAG, Sophos, Antenna Software, UBIK.com, and Volantis Systems, with expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails development. Szymon holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow.
