Robert Fletcher is a seasoned marine engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the maritime industry. Currently serving as Marine Engineering Manager at Tropical Shipping since December 2021, Robert has previously held positions such as Assistant Marine Engineering Manager and Chief Engineering Officer at FHG Marine Engineering, Inc. and ACRO at Covanta. Robert's military background includes serving as a Strategic Sealift Officer in the United States Navy Reserve and as a Second Engineer with the Military Sealift Command. Robert's educational foundation in marine engineering was established at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, where a degree in engineering was obtained in June 2012.
