Stephen Welch

Stephen Welch has extensive experience in product and operations management, primarily at Trove since September 2015, where responsibilities include managing the development of operations and platform solutions, as well as optimizing workflows across multiple departments. Prior to this, Stephen held roles at Nuance Communications as a Content Specialist focused on enhancing virtual assistant performance, and at Miramonte Elementary School as an After-school Care Director. Additional experience includes work as a Contractual Dialogue Coder at BAHRC LLC and volunteer tutoring at Mountain View Academy. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
