Chuck Battenfeld

Chuck Battenfeld is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at T. Rowe Price since June 2020, Chuck collaborates with executive leadership to evaluate potential acquisitions and strategic investments. Prior to this role, Chuck held the position of Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Legg Mason from May 2007 to June 2020, where responsibilities included business strategy and development. Additionally, Chuck served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Commodities Group at Constellation Energy and began a career at Deutsche Bank as Assistant Vice President in Global Manager Research. Chuck holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland.
