Harsha Thayi

Harsha Thayi is a Senior Manager of User Experience at T. Rowe Price, where responsibilities include establishing a UX Research practice and managing a team of qualitative UX researchers. Previously, Harsha served as Lead Manager of User Experience at T. Rowe Price's Innovation Lab, focusing on enhancing the account opening experience. Prior experience includes providing UX consulting services to top companies across various industries while self-employed, working as a Sr. Usability Engineer/Interaction Designer at iNautix USA, and engaging as a Usability Engineer at Cognizant. Harsha began a career as a Software Engineer at Net O2 Technologies, contributing to the design of a network protocol testing product. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Crescent Engineering College, and a practicum in Interaction Design from Cooper University.
