Dionne M. Rosser-Mims, Ph.D., serves as the Campus Vice Chancellor at Troy University, overseeing operations that include academic curriculum development, human resource administration, and financial management since February 2007. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Adult and Continuing Education and multiple degrees from Piedmont University and The University of Georgia in fields such as Public Administration, Psychology, Sociology, and Mathematics.
