Ethan Butterfield is an experienced engineer specializing in aircraft systems software. Currently serving as the Lead for the Aircraft Systems Software Engineering Team at TRU Simulation + Training since February 2016, Ethan has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills. Prior to this role, Ethan gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer at Turbo Solutions Engineering, LLC, where a focus on comprehensive CFD analysis on compressor and turbine designs was pivotal. Earlier professional engagement included a two-year internship as a Physical Science Technician with the US Army Corps of Engineers, where security clearances were acquired, and independent contracting work in general home repair services. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
