Currently serving as Regional Manager of Training and Development at True North Mortgage since December 2014, Paul is responsible for recruiting and coaching mortgage agents while ensuring alignment with the company's vision. Previous roles at True North include Special Loan Manager, where Paul successfully created a private division contributing over $10 million in annual revenue, and Mortgage Agent, consistently ranking among the top brokers. Prior to True North, Paul was a Senior Assistant Manager - Sales Leader at CIBC, leading a sales team to exceptional performance and client satisfaction. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Toronto.
