Maria Flores is a Director in TPC’s San Jose office. Maria brings with her over 19 years of experience in corporate income taxation.
Maria consults on a broad range of tax issues including ASC 740 income tax provision, US income tax compliance, international tax, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integration for multinational entities. Maria has extensive experience working for Fortune 100 companies and accounting firms, including the Big Four.
Maria received her Master’s of Science in Tax from Golden Gate University and her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University.
Maria is also an avid photographer and loves to spend time with her family.
