Kathryn Rees

Kathryn Rees is an experienced professional currently serving as the Transfers Team Leader at True Potential LLP since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing the Transfers Processing Team, ensuring adherence to processing SLAs, conducting quality control checks, and handling internal incidents and complaints. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various positions at Echo-U Ltd from April 2015 to July 2019, including Transfers Administrator and Trainer, where expertise in training new employees and managing a team of customer service advisors was developed.
