Jeff Swart is the EVP and General Counsel of TrueCar. He is responsible for managing auto regulatory compliance issues and assisting with other legal matters.
Jeff is a seasoned litigator with over 16 years of experience in commercial litigation and is one of the nation's most knowledgeable experts on auto regulatory compliance.
Jeff joined TrueCar in May 2014 and has served as the company's outside regulatory counsel since January 2012.
Before joining TrueCar, Jeff was a litigation partner at the law firm of Alston & Bird LLP, and before that, a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).
Jeff holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the Emory Goizueta Business School and a J.D. from Emory Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Emory Law Journal.
