Heather Baker

Heather Baker has over a decade of experience in sales and technical roles within the corporate sector, currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement at TrueLearn since January 2018, after holding positions including Senior Strategic National Sales Manager and National Sales Manager. Prior to joining TrueLearn, Heather gained valuable experience at CEM Corporation from May 2011 to January 2018, where roles included Sales Manager, Salesforce Administrator, Technical Sales Representative, and Market Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a position as QA/QC Chemist II at InChem Corp and teaching as an Adjunct Instructor at York Technical College. Heather began their professional journey as a Research Assistant at Winthrop University. Educationally, Heather Baker holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Winthrop University, earned in 2009.
