Michelle Yoon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in higher education and health professions education, currently serving as a Social Services Navigator at Frasier Meadows Health Care since September 2024. As the Principal Consultant for Michelle Yoon, Ph.D., since 2017, Michelle Yoon provides expertise in program evaluation, student assessment, instructional design, and organizational change. A former Education Researcher and Assistant Dean of Assessment at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Michelle Yoon has conducted significant research in medical education and curriculum development. Additionally, Michelle Yoon advocates for caregiving, disability issues, and well-being as a Project Manager and Advocate. With a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and a robust background in vocational rehabilitation, Michelle Yoon has made substantial contributions to academic programs and student development initiatives throughout a diverse career.
