Rachel Sbano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel began their career in 2003 as an Assistant Title Processor at First American Title. Rachel then moved on to Burlington Coat Factory in 2006, where they worked as an Assistant Buyer. In 2007, Rachel took a leave of absence to act as a Caregiver. Rachel joined AZC Associates in the same year as an Executive Assistant. In 2008, they worked as a Case Specialist at Mid-Atlantic Financial before transitioning to Capital One, where they held multiple roles, including Fraud Account Supervisor, Scrum Master, and Agile DevOps Coach. In 2016, Rachel served as an Agile Coach in IT Infrastructure at Hollstadt & Associates. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at Crunchyroll, where they held various positions, such as Technical Program Manager, Principal Technical Project Manager, Director of Program Management Office, and Director of Product and Engineering Operations. Rachel's most recent role is as the Senior Director of Program and Operations at TrueML, starting in 2023.

Rachel Sbano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University. In addition, they have obtained certifications including ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Programming for Everybody (Python) from Coursera, Agile Facilitator from the Agile Coaching Institute, Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, and Business Process Management certification.
