Previously, as Director of Merchandising and Advanced Development at PEARL iZUMi, Jason led a product management team, driving consumer research and strategic development. Jason's career includes pivotal roles at Quality Bicycle Products, Trek Bicycle, and PEARL iZUMi, where achievements include significant growth in market share and the creation of award-winning products. With a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jason combines leadership skills with a passion for cycling and product innovation.
