Allison McCaffrey

Allison McCaffrey is a seasoned talent management and leadership development professional with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management, Learning, and Leadership Development at TruGreen since July 2025, McCaffrey previously held significant roles at Tractor Supply Company, where responsibilities included supporting a workforce of 7,000 through talent management and succession planning, alongside designing impactful development programs. Earlier positions included HR leadership roles at Lowe's Companies, BD, and Bimbo Bakeries USA, where focus areas encompassed employee engagement, talent development, and HR strategy alignment with business objectives. McCaffrey holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Appalachian State University.
