Samuel Hays

Samuel Hays, CPA, is an experienced tax professional currently serving as a Senior Tax Accountant at TruGreen since December 2022. Previously, Samuel held positions as a Consultant in Accounting for Pfizer from November 2019 to April 2024, and as a Tax Manager at Rikard & Neal CPAs, PLLC for part of 2022. Samuel's earlier roles include serving as the Senior Income Tax Manager at Frontdoor, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing income and franchise tax compliance for the largest home warranty provider in the U.S., and as Manager of State & Local Tax at ServiceMaster, overseeing federal and state income tax returns. Samuel's career began at AutoZone, where significant experience was gained in corporate tax strategy and audits. Samuel holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services, both from the University of Memphis.
