Bailee Wills has been working in the field since 2016. Bailee began their career as a Student Library Assistant at MSU Main Library and then moved on to become a Gallery Guide at Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum in 2017. In the same year, they began working as a Lead Designer at Premier Franchise Solutions, where they designed various print and digital materials for the company and their clients, updated social media posts and banners, communicated with clients, and updated the company website. In 2019, they started working as a Graphic Designer for The Really Useful Information Company LLC and as a Social Media Coordinator for Evolve Insurance Consultants.
Bailee Wills attended Michigan State University from 2015 - 2018, where they earned a degree in Media and Information with a field of study in Communication Arts.
