John McCarthy is an experienced executive with a proven track record in leadership and strategic development. Currently serving on the Board of Advisors at Truiem since January 2024, McCarthy collaborates with management to launch the TruExperience solution. As the Principal at Crosscheck Consulting Services, McCarthy focuses on customer insights and strategic partnerships since January 2023. Previously, McCarthy was the Chief Operating Officer at CallCabinet, where responsibilities included executing Go-To-Market initiatives. McCarthy also held roles at ATSG as an advisor and President of the Professional Services Division, overseeing enterprise customer relations and managing professional services. As the CEO of SHOREGROUP SOLUTIONS LLC from 2008 to 2019, McCarthy fostered a culture of accountability and significantly increased revenue in the Contact Center practice. McCarthy holds a BS in Business Management and Marketing from Providence College.
