Rihan Jamil

Rihan Jamil currently serves as the HR Digital Experience & Optimization Leader and Segment Program Leader for Emerging Markets at Truist, holding the title of Senior Vice President. Previously, Rihan Jamil worked at BB&T, progressing through various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and District Manager for BB&T @ Work Financial Wellness, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits programs across several states and enhancing financial education for employees. Rihan Jamil has extensive experience in business development, managing financial services for companies, and has targeted audiences consisting of HR managers and company presidents to improve employee benefits. Rihan Jamil holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech, completed the BB&T Banking School at Wake Forest University, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Innovation and Growth Strategies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
