Roger Tsai

Roger Tsai is the Head of UI/UX at Trumid since September 2019, bringing extensive experience in user experience and design innovation from previous roles at J.P. Morgan as a Strategic Innovation Manager and Lab49 as a Senior UX Consultant. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Roger has led various high-impact projects including AI, Conversation UI, and blockchain integrations across multiple financial platforms, while employing methodologies such as Service Design and Lean UX in Agile environments. Educational foundations include a Master of Professional Study in Interactive Telecommunication from New York University and a Bachelor of Art in Industrial and Product Design from National Cheng Kung University.
