Javier González Velázquez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of IoT and eSIM Solutions and the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at Truphone since November 2014, Javier has been instrumental in advancing connectivity solutions through patented technologies. Previous roles include Country Manager at Truphone, and senior leadership positions at Colt Technology Services and COLT Telecom, among others. Javier's career began in 1987 with Radio Televisión Española as a Field Engineer, transitioning through various technical and managerial roles. Javier holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has completed an Executive Management Program at IE Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.
