Malia Waddell is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and program management. Currently serving as an Engineering Program Manager at Trust Automation, Inc. since May 2024, Malia previously held multiple leadership roles at Revasum, including Director of Mechanical Engineering and Senior Manager of Mechanical Engineering, from May 2017 to May 2024. Malia's earlier career includes a position as a Lecturer at California Polytechnic State University, where instruction was provided in engineering lab courses, and significant experience as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Rantec Power Systems, focusing on custom power supply design and analysis. Malia earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is currently pursuing studies in Computer Science at Cuesta College.
