Isabella Lim

Isabella Lim is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director and People Business Partner Lead at Trust Bank Singapore since August 2021. Prior to this role, Isabella held several positions at Carousell Group as the People Business Partner Lead for Global Tech and at Accenture, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner roles, Talent Supply Demand/Resource Pool leadership, and Country Field HR leadership in Singapore. Earlier experience includes a Senior HR Advisor position at Panasonic Avionics Corporation and recruitment consultancy at Pasona Singapore. Isabella began her career as a Language Teacher and interned at Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore, graduated in 2010.
