Damilola Odufuwa

Damilola Odufuwa is an experienced communications leader and entrepreneur currently serving as the Head of Communications at Trust Wallet since May 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing PR, corporate communications, and brand storytelling. Previously, Odufuwa co-founded and served as CEO of Backdrop, a travel tech startup that leverages AI for travel planning, and held significant communications roles at prominent blockchain companies such as Blockchain.com and Binance, where Odufuwa directed global communications and PR efforts for various products. Damilola's diverse experience also includes editorial leadership positions at ZUMI, CNN, and Konbini, as well as producing for National Geographic. Damilola holds a Master of Science in International Finance and Economic Development, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics, both from the University of Kent.
