Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy and a BBA in Accounting, both obtained from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kacey's career began with internships at McGladrey and the Office of Clinical Trials, along with roles such as Accountant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, reflecting a strong foundation in financial analysis and operational efficiency.
