Lance Hardyman, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and mortgage lending sectors. Currently serving as Strategic Partner Development Manager at TruStage since May 2014, Lance has held various roles, including Partner Engagement Lead and Product Analyst, where Lance advises credit unions on customized mobile lending programs and strategic support. Prior to TruStage, Lance worked at Summit Credit Union as a Lending Compliance Specialist and Financial Service Advisor, and at M&I as a Mortgage Banker, where responsibilities included generating new mortgage business. Earlier career milestones include serving as a North Central Zone Sales Analyst for American Honda Motor Company and an intern in Honda Regional Marketing. Lance holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
