Lisa Lybeck has had a diverse work experience throughout their career. Lisa began their career at St Paul Police Department, where they held various positions in Records & Identification, Research & Development, and as a liaison between headquarters and patrol divisions. Lisa then moved on to Minnesota Corporate Credit Union, where they were responsible for Marketing, Training, and Operations Management. Lisa joined Credit Union National Association as a Marketing & Training Manager and designed and developed collateral and training curriculum for their Meteor Information Network. In TruStage, Lisa held several roles, including Senior Product Manager and Director of Business Solution Architect, before becoming the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and later the VP, CISO. Lisa has had a strong focus on enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and optimization of IT investments.
Lisa Lybeck received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management and Psychology, with a minor in Anthropology, from Hamline University in the years 1986-1990. In 2016, they completed the Transition to Executive Management Certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business. In 2018, Lisa attended the Cornell University Graduate School, where they completed the Management and Leadership program with a focus on the CUES CEO Institute II. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including Virtual Director Professionalism from NACD, Transition to Executive Management Certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business, Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from itSMF Office of Governance Commerce, and ACH Accredited Professional from NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association.
