Patrick Feldhake, MBA, is an experienced professional in operations and claims management, currently serving as Senior Claims Manager and Senior Operations Leader at CUNA Mutual Group and as Senior Operations Manager at TruStage since May 2012. Prior to these roles, Patrick spent over seven years at GE as a Senior Operations Leader and Six Sigma Quality Black Belt, and held various positions at CITI GROUP, including Vice President of Accounts Receivable, and at THE ASSOCIATES in asset management. Patrick holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from the University of Arizona.
