Shelly Reichart has a strong background in information technology and project management. Shelly began their career as a Sr. IT Consultant at Compuware in 1996, before transitioning to a Senior IT Manager role at TruStage in 2000. In 2003, they founded their own business called Paradigm Farm, LLC where they served as the Owner. Shelly returned to TruStage in 2013 and took on various roles including Transformation Director and Chief Data Officer. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President of Operations before being promoted to the role of SVP, Chief Information Officer in April 2023.
Shelly Reichart earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Real Estate from the Lubar College of Business in 1994. Shelly then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 1994 and 1997.
