Denise Peek possesses over two decades of experience in the Houston mortgage industry, currently serving as Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Trustmark Bank since August 2011, following a tenure as Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Denise has extensive expertise working with first-time homebuyers and builder businesses and is proficient in a variety of loan types including Jumbo, Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and the New Physicians Loan Program. Previous roles include Senior Loan Officer positions at Flagstone Lending Group, Bank of America Home Loans, and Texas Capital Lending, as well as leadership positions at Beazer Homes and Kellibrook Mortgage. Denise's foundational experience began at Irwin Mortgage and D. R. Horton Homebuilders, with additional roles in wholesale lending and operations. Denise's professional education includes a Master's degree in Finance from the Mortgage School of Hard Knocks.
