Jacob Yoon

Jacob Yoon has extensive work experience in the software engineering industry. Jacob started their career at Telian in 2003 as a HW engineer, where they worked on designing logic circuit diagrams and PCB layouts, as well as testing and verifying RF components and devices. In 2004, they moved to EDAMIC as a software engineer, where they worked on various models with LGE, including CDMA feature phones and WLL. Jacob was responsible for device driver implementation and analyzing system crashes and stability issues. In 2008, Jacob joined Pantech as a mobile system software engineer, where they primarily worked on 5 models for One-chip LTE on the Android ICS platform. Jacob customized the bootloader and Linux kernel for these models. In 2012, they joined ST-Ericsson as a CoreSW application engineer, specializing in system software. Jacob then moved to Ericsson, where they held the role of Senior Application Engineer. Most recently, Jacob has been working at Trustonic as a Senior Software Engineer since 2015.

Jacob Yoon pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies from 1997 to 2004.
