Diana Enea

Diana Thomsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial delivery and account development, particularly in the technology and customer success sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Delivery Manager at Trustpilot since June 2016, Diana has led initiatives in hiring, onboarding, and training, successfully onboarding 40 representatives, with 17 achieving promotions. Previous roles at Trustpilot include Manager of Customer Success Nordics and Team Lead Account Development, where Diana optimized demo booking and conversion rates.
