Johnna Saccoccio serves as the Head of Global CRM & Lifecycle Marketing for B2B at Trustpilot since March 2021, also leading the Trustpilot Women in Leadership (TWIL) Global Mentorship program. Prior to this, Johnna held the position of Senior Manager in North America Marketing at Trustpilot and was a key figure in its mentorship initiatives. Johnna's experience includes roles such as Senior Manager for Global Customer Marketing & Growth and Marketing Operations Manager at EasyKnock, where Johnna contributed to significant funding rounds. Additional experience spans positions in email marketing, strategy, and analytics at New York Red Bulls, marketing operations coordination at MRM//McCann and Hudson's Bay Company, and market research analysis at MarketView Research. Johnna began professional endeavors as a marketing ambassador while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
