Christy Hartsell serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at the Truth Initiative, a position held since May 2017, focusing on expanding fundraising goals and team responsibilities. Previous roles at the organization include Vice President positions in Development and Corporate Partnerships, where Christy led efforts in corporate sponsorships and strategic partnerships to advance the organization's mission. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Relations at the American Heart Association, and Vice President of Corporate Alliances at the USO, where fundraising efforts supported troops and their families. Christy also held leadership positions at the National Park Foundation, USA TODAY, and The Washington Times, developing brand licensing and advertising strategies. Christy earned a BA in Communication from Tulane University.
